my lighting system got fried about 2 hours ago and i will probably not be able to replace it for about a week. i don't know what to do. all i have in the tank is fish and live rock, no anemone or anything. will they be ok with just the light that comes from the lights in the room?

Everything will be fine since you have no photosynthetic animals. Anything on the rock will be fine also.

It should be able to make do for a week. Make sure the food you feed the tank has lots of vegetable matter in it and the blennie should be OK until the lights are back on.
