Daylights on for around 10 hours and the lunars on for the rest.

What size tank, lights & what kind of occupants do you have?

identifying those can help because different tanks will have different lighting & light schedule needs. FOWLR tanks for example dont need a large light cycle and shorter helps to keep the algae down, where are SPS tanks will requrie alot more light time.

I have a 125 gallon FOWLR tank and a Marineland Reef Capable LED Lighting System. My tank has only been up three weeks & only have two clownfish.

My long term goal is to add coral and inverts.

It's not a great idea to have nems in that young of a tank,I'm no expert on nems, but most say they need an established tank of 6 to 9 months(some even say a year) for thier best chance of survival.

Thanks for the tip. How many hours a day do you think I should live the lights on?

No change to he above recommended light schedule. Dont let the anemone police beat you up too bad either. Just cause you added them dont mean they will jsut fall over & die. They are more at risk cause of the occassional swing that can happen in new tanks. Best recommendation is to read up on them in depth pretty good and have a play to move or return them in case they start exhibitting signs of declining.

I would say you are probably going to want more light for the nems as well if you only have 1 of the Marineland Reef Capable LED Lighting System
