I have a 125 with a turned down mag 9.5 return and 2 1050 koralias, one in each corner. Is this too much flow? I have 2 750s I could replace the 1050s with if need be. Could just be skittish due to being added today so I'm not gonna make any adjustments for a day or two.

personally i dont think so. I have a mag 9.5 on my 65 G. My lionfish hid for the first few days too but now he's always right up at the surface begging for food.

This should been just fine since your tank is 6 foot. Is he swimming around freely? If so you don't have a problem. Point them in different direction if you think there is an issue but i would keep the 1050s.

I wouldnt be worried about your flow. I run a mag 12, have two kor 1050's and 750, and i still think its not enough flow. Make sure you gto lots of caves. The lighting i found affected mine more than anything. they don't like bright intense lighting so it took him a while to start coming out. They get big fast my volatin is about 12" mouth to tail now and about 18" wide when its got its fins spread.
