With spring break and summer approaching quickly I was thinking it would be nice to have a thread of all 3reef members favorite aquarium exhibits. I will start it off with three great spots where I live in Las Vegas, NV.

    1. The shark reef at Mandalay Bay Hotel Shark Reef This is a must see if you are visting Las Vegas. This is a paid attraction.

    2. The aquariums at the Silverton Hotel. Aquarium - Silverton Hotel and Casino this is FREE. They have a large aquarium that is stocked very well. Also there is a bar with a huge Jelly Fish aquarium.

    3. The Secret Garden and Dolphin habitat at the Mirage casino Las Vegas Entertainment - Secret Garden at The Mirage This is a paid attraction but you will not be disappointed.

I take my family to all three of these attractions each year. Of course I am a marine fish freak so I might enjoy it just a little bit more than my wife and kids.

I went to school in Baltimore so I've got to mention The National Aquarium National Aquarium in Baltimore After the aquarium there's plenty of other things to do in/around the Inner Harbor.

Yup, gotta go there once a year. I also like the little aquarium they have in San Francisco on the wharf called The Aquarium of the Bay. I'd also like to check out the new California Academy of Sciences. They have a 500k gal of water.

Up here we have the Seattle Aquarium. It is on the pier with a million other attractions. So if you in Seattle, just drive down to the ferry terminal, park and enjoy ALL of the businesses on the pier.
