    If I were to throw out a guess without a pic, it would be munnid isopods. There are also "other tiny white things that crawl" in your tank besides pods though.

    my guess would be what missionsix said, munnid isopods.. or even Hydroid jellyfish, google those. i have both on my glass constantly
