little tube things/egg sack/cone

    So i have no freakin clue what these are, but they have spread fast and there is a ton of them, they all typically are either on my back wall facing outwards, or downwards, but never up. They also have spread to my rocks and powerheads. I dont have a camera right now unfortnately!!! its hard to explain but they look like little brown/fleshy colored tubes (definately not featherdusters). what could this be?
