Little white specs crawling on glass

    I just notice a bunch of little white specs crawling on my glass. When I look really close they appear to have 2 antenae and a tail?

    Yes, they are hardy and prolific. There is actually quite a bit of food for them in a newly cycled tank.

    On an off topic. The fish and CUC are doing great. When do you suggest I do the first water change and begin skimming? All readings were good on Sunday when I added them.
