i just got this peice of live rock from my lfs and it just had lots of coraline alge growing on it and then after about 3 days it just came out of no where there is now like 50 white tubes that sprout what look like feather dusters, and also there are these little green bugs or shrimp or afids all over it!

My question is what should i do?, is this normal?, and what is it?

thanks hope to have pics soon

Need pics to identify the bugs, but the little white tubes are more then likely feather dusters or some other type of worm. I would leave the feather dusters, they help filter the water since they are filter feeders. I had mine for several years and never did anything special for them.
