Live Aquaria Fish guarantee

I have been looking for a school of something for quite a while, and discovered the orange striped cardinalfish. The news out there says they are a little ify when shipping, but after spending some time hunting on forums and what not, it seems LA makes sure their fish are pretty fat and happy before selling them.
WHAT I WANT TO KNOW: is their guarantee bulletproof, there are no restrictions on the fish for sensitivity, so if something does happen within the 14 days i should be ok right? If anyone has expirience with loses I would appreciate you story.

 

Their guarantee is bullet proof money back or a credit if you wish, no worries there. Even if its your own fault from my gathering.

 

ok cool. Luckily I have a predator in the tank (tiny yellow tail damsel) that will keep them shoaling, even if it is the same size as they are lol

 

I lost my first fish this weekend after a year doing this.... a fish I bought last week from liveaquaria.com. One Spot Foxface Lo.....

I sent them an e-mail last night and this morning they'd responded crediting my account.... No questions asked.

I order all my fish from them. I've been ordering from them as far back as when they used to be Pet Warehouse. Never had a single problem with them and the one time I had a DOA livestock, they refunded me no questions asked. I order from them before I order from my LFS.
