So I have a fish only 30gl aquarium with
    1 Coral Beauty Angelfish
    1 Yellow-Tail Damsel
    1 Tomato Clownfish

There's no LR in there but I plan on getting some, but the thing is, is at the moment I don't have a suitable place to hold my fish so the LR can cycle through. Is it possible to slow introduce LR to my aquarium and not have to remove my fish?? no tongue lashings please.

Buy fully cured live rock and you shouldn't have a cycle.

    basically yes.

With your situation the fresher the live rock the better. By fresher I mean from like teh LFS or local CL seller or something. Sending stuff in the mail means the potential for die off & in turn potential for somewhat of a cycle is higher.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    reefgirl16,

You do not have to worry about "tongue lashes" here. While a post or reply may seem more serious, it's usually just the way it comes across on the internet. If you need more assistance or have questions just ask. Everyone has something to offer whether they be a new hobbyist or an experienced one. We all started somewhere.

You could also use much cheaper dry base rock. It will "cure" in your tank without cycling as there is nothing live in it to potentially die off.

What do you currently have for biological filtration? Canister Filter?

I would either get some LR from your local fish store, or go with base rock. That way you will either have a very minimal cycle, or in the case of base rock, no cycle caused by it.

The Blue Damsel passed away last night, from what seemed to be a nervous break down(AKA I'm not sure why).

And I know everyone started somewhere 'The master was once a student'.. or something along those lines...

Mr.Bill if i got all base rock wouldn't it be a while before it became LR?

As it is i plan on get a majority of Base rock then seeding it with LR. Oh and is dry rock just another name for base rock??

Yes, dry rock is base rock. It's the same thing as LR except it's dead and dried. It will only take a couple weeks for it to become "cured" or seeded with bacteria as your tank has already been cycled. If you want coralline and all the little critters that come with true LR (from the ocean), you will need to seed it. Your individual system will determine how long it will take for everything to multiply and spread.
