Is it real clean, or does it have a lot of organics on it?

Not r sure. The guy is delivering the rock stand and canopy tomorrow morning. I didn't realize how big this tank is. The tank alone would barely fit in a new body style Yukon

if its nasty, you could scrup it.. then soak 24hrs in hot water with some bleach.. then rinse off, soak again in dechlorinzed water for another 24hrs. and sun dry for a few days.. so its like base rock.. you'll be looking at a full cycle.. you could throw in a few live rock pieces to help..I'd wait 30days+ before adding anything of value..

From the pictures you posted over in the other thread (nice deal btw), I would plan slow for a full scrubs down of everything & a full cycle to boot. Even adding some rock/sand from your current setup thats alot of real estate to get bacteria and stuff grow in, so its gonna take some time.

This might be the time you have to do the old raw shrimp in the tank or food thing to cycle it. It'll take a while.
