Live rock vs. DSB in the fuge

    Which is the better denitrifier - a sump full of liverock, or a sump/fuge with a DSB and some chaeto?

    I have a feeling most folks will say DSB/chaeto.

    I have a DSB, liverock, and a wide variety of macros in mine.

    if i had to chose 1 i'll pick the fuge it's done wonders for my 10 gallon but there is no DSB in there

    My fuge isn't really deep enough, I don't think, for all the above. I think it'll have to be either all rock, or else DSB and macro.:)
