live rock

Help iv spent over £400 on figi live rock and so far i have nothing growing off it apart from coraline algue i use kent marine tech cb but even then no luck has anyone got any suggestions?

How long has the tank been up? Why not get some corals?

 

it has veen setup about 6 months now and they just seem very expensive and my lfs dont ever have any

 

Is it a reef tank? Your most likely going to have to introduce life to the tank... It won't come on its own.:/

 

o :/ thats not good what can you get growing off live rock then or is it nothing unless you introduce it?

 

You could try something like purple up to get some coraline. Can you tell us a little more about the tank? Size, stock, corals ect...

 

i have alot of coraline algue on my rocks. I have no corals yet, the tank is 260 litres and i have 2 ble devil damsels, three stripe humbug, four stripe humbug picasso trigger powder blue tang a unknown puffer and a sea urchin.
