how long can u leave Live Sand in a plastic bag. I'm waiting untill I get my refuge to add my LS but it's not here yet. So it's been about 2-3 days since I got it that it's been in the plastic bag it came in.I put the bag in warm water to help keep the temp up. Will this hurt the organisms in the LS.

I would put it in a bucket with a powerhead for circulation and a heater to keep it temp. Bacteria will be fine, but pods will suffocate.

it came in a plastic bag with a rubber band around it. It had some water in it. IF the temp get's low will they die.
