LiveAquaria Order

This post is really my way of venting my frustation with my most recent experience. I placed an order with liveaquaria yesterday and I got my shipment today. First let me say that I have order from them in the past and the one time I had a problem the made it right.

This time not the case I ended up asking for my money back. I ordered from the a foxface, a Red Candy Cap Coral, Orange Guttatus Birdsnest Coral, Toadstool Mushroom Leather Coral, Brown and Duncanopsammia Coral - Aquacultured, Reef Hab

Well I never got the foxface, birdsnest snaped of the plug and the bag it was in was broken so water was all of over the box. The duncan I don't know if it arrived because what I saw and you will see I'm not sure if it is that. Also one of the heads broke off, which I glued to a frag disc (hope it takes) I also got some frags that I have no idea what they are as I didn't order them so maybe you can help

This I didn't Order and don't know what they are

 

In your last post, the first is your toadstool leather. The second one appears to be a finger leather of some type. You may need to let the softies/leathers open (which can take a week or more) to get a positive ID on them.

what a bummer... think they are going to do right by you this time as well? Kinda cool you got extras, even if you had not intention of using them.

 

Live Aquaria said they would refund me everything except the mushroom which they got right but I had to speak to a supervisor before they did tha. The CS that was helping me actually told me to be glad that I got more than what I ordered. I lost it at that point that's when I asked for a supervisor. I actually ask for them to reship my order but several of the items that I ordered was on back order so they offered to refund my purchase.

 

Thats annoying and good news at the same time, I hope everything survives and you can place another sometime soon.

 

So you ordered 5 total corals? correct?
