liverock without aiptasia/bubble algae?

    Dont scare me like that, i still havent taken them out of my tank! There only 2 or 3 balls and considering i added the xenia a week ago it hasnt spread yet (knock on wood). I heard you're not supposed to pop them or it will spread spores. Anyway they dont bother me that much they look kind of cool, until they take over you're tank!

    the spors in bubble algae don't usually form inside them till the bubble gets big.i've been removing the bubbles before they get big.i just added a emerald crab in cases i have some i'm missing behind rocks.i had a peppermint shrimp in my tank the 1st yr in case i had tiny aiptasia hiding in my lr.unfortunately they don't eat hydroids and mojano.there will always be something to deel with lol.
