jeez whats your problem, do you know anything about clown gobies? they are not agressive and will not attack eachother whatsoever. get some experience about something before you go to try and tell what to do, even though your not sure about what your saying

Potentially another thread that will get closed

if participants on it cannot remain civilised with each other

if you dont like something thats posted = Ignore it and move on
if you disagree with someone else - dont quote and then post counter point
just say IMO Clown gobies could be an issue in that small a set up, do some more research before commiting

dont pick fault with a previous post
most people are here to help! and having that help criticised is not a happy experience

    diplomacy is whats required
    if you cannot be diplomatic
    intervention will be required

I am sorry for my misconduct. I didn't mean any offense when I quoted the other poster and said a counter point, I was hoping that the OP wouldn't do something he regretted and have problems later. I won't quote others when I offer my opinion anymore and just say "IMO clowns could be a problem in that tank" as steve said.

    No apology required Brennan

just trying to prevent this thread evolving into an exhange of criticism which got a previous thread by the OP closed

having an opinion different from someone else is fine
its the manner by which it is delivered that we all need to consider before posting

my apologies for acting uncivilized, just in my experience clown gobies do great with eachother as long as you add them in at the same time. i had 5 in a 20 gallon awhile back and they did fine. they were the only ones in the tank.
