If you are going full SPS then you might need about at least 40x turn over rate...
really with 1 koralia evolution thats rated 1400 you could easily achieve this..
however i would divide the amount of this into two power heads so that you can have an evenly spread flow..

of what ive been told by some of my friends, the Turn over rate means nothing. As long as your coral are happy it doesnt really matter what the number it is. You will find that out as you go. Unless you plan to fill your tank with SPS tomorrow then there is no need to do this calculations yet. *If at all*.

as you start buying coral, just look into them and see if you are providing adequate flow... are the corals being hit by the flow too hard? do the corals seem like they can obtain their food easily? do i see any debris in the coral? if you need more flow then add more flow. No need to have so many pumps since the beginning.

just start easy, maybe 2 koralias rated for 600. they shouldnt be more than 100 bucks total. ( i got 2 koralias 1400 for only 60bucks). im assuming you will have a sump? or a hang on filter? that should also be added into the turn over ratio.. if you want to go by the numbers.

Not if you're planning on SPS, which your lights can't really support anyways. :) 56 should be goodmfor softies and most LPS. :)
