So I have set up a 75 gallon reef tank that has been fully cycled for about a week now, I have been buffering with B-Ionic calcium buffer system. I want a SPS dominated tank. Would it be smart to add corals first then add livestock or vise versa. Also I am thinking of adding a Flame angel, clown fish, Blue Tang, and Yellow tang. Any other recommendations for fish?

In the long run the types of Tangs you have chosen will need a much larger tank. For practical purposes you should perhaps look at other smaller Tangs types. You can find those here:

Surgeonfish: Tang Fish, Yellow Tangs and other Surgeons

    Are you currently testing Calcium/Alk/Magnesium?

Personally I find corals to less of a hassle and easier than fish.

You could start with easy corals such as Zoanthids or mushrooms and let the tank cycle further with a small clean up crew.

I like all the Dwarf Angels with the exception of the Lemon Peel.

Gobies such as the Yellow Watchman are fun interesting fish.

    Royal Grammas, Dartfish/Fire fish.

umm, the clown fish is ok, all the others won't work, especially in a SPS dominate system, as they get way too large for that tank or are bad SPS fish

Yes currently testing them and the levels are almost to where I want them and as far as corals I already have mushrooms/zoanthids and a small CUC. Been in there for a few weeks.

As far as the tangs outgrowing the tank this shouldn't be an issue as I have a 180gal FOWLR setup cycling so they would have room when they outgrow. My main question is how are they with coral, I see numerous reef tanks with tangs and no issues.

I have never had an issue with Tangs and corals.

Angels yes, issues with both sps and clams. Not every Angel, but I have had them suddenly turn into nippers.

    What about Wrasses?

Except for the Angel and possible development of nipping I do not see an issue.

the 180g changes the game, you're good, except for the blue hippo IMO, and the angel is a risk, but its a risk I took and so far have been ok with, even with the clams. BUTTTTTTTT, know that it may need removed someday, and imagine removing all your scape to do that.

wrasses rock, the best fish, hands down, i call them my dogs of the reef, they feed on mostly bad stuff, while being very flashy and cool. look up flasher wrasse, perfect for your tank once its mature

Mystery Wrasses are absolutely amazing. One of my favorite fish as long as you don't want shrimp in your tank.
