Any other inverts in the tank? Any of them having issue? Any recent introductions into the tank? Any recent changes/maintenance/etc?

Need more info to make any kind of real guesses.

    Sorry, I rushed it.

Params are great. Water change last week went well. Recently added a Coral Banded Shrimp and I found bits of him all over the tank (did he and the lobster duke it out?).

    Emerald Crab Only other crustacean

I found the CBS stuck on the filter (fought with lobster and got scared into it?) and was very concerned. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Possible, although its also possible the CBS just molted. Have you had any major temp/salinity/PH swings recently?

from my understanding , crustaceans can be vulnerable after molting. their shell hasnt fully hardened. and also i think they are a bit weaker from the whole episode.

No, I did do a waterchange which was slightly more than usual, but everyone else is doing very well in the tank. I've moved the lobster to another reef tank with less inhabitants to recover.

I know the CBS is dead...his arm and a few other parts were brightly colored and strewn about my sand sadly.

I SINCERELY hope thats the case. But would they lie on their backs so feebly?
