this is what i found about them ....Via live aquria

    Temperament: Peaceful
    Reef Compatible: With Caution
    Water Conditions: 72-78° F, dKH 8-12, sg 1.023-1.025, pH 8.1-8.4
    Max. Size: 5"

The Reef Lobster is described as peaceful, and it will ignore sleeping Wrasses or healthy fish within the aquarium. It prefers to scavenge and hunt at night.

I looked it up and this is what i found... I think i seen sombody post befor they have one in there reef and have no problems.... Keep in mind every bit of livestock fish or invert has it's own personailty and food it wants to eat...

    Good Luck hope this helps..!!

    No.
While some label as reef safe, even purple lobster's are opportunistic predators that will be more than happy to grab a sleeping fish at night. All of your fish could be an easy snack for one.
While some will say keeping it well fed, blah blah blah will cut down on the chances of it, the chances are still fairly high. I personally wouldn't want one in my reef.
