I am filling my new 90 gallon for the first time, have the whole tank and sump filled up, I turn on the pump and the stupid Loc-Line nozzle is leaking where it apparently does not fit the 3/4 pvc from my corner overflow. I tried with and with out teflon tape with no luck, it leaks like a sieve, does anyone have any suggestions? UGH.....I wanted this running tonight.

Go to the LFS where you bought the overflow kit and exchange it.

I had to use A LOT of teflon tape on my 90 I had. But I would try a different one first. Does it look like the threads are stripped?

How bad is it leaking? If it's a ton then the threads are likely damaged on either the loc line side or the pipe side. If it's more like a drip then using ptfe paste could help.

It ended up being a siphon hole underneath a 90 right where the nozzle connected, I plugged the hole.

Ahh yes the siphon hole that shoots water out. I hate that they automatically drill that hole. I replace the 90 before I even fill the tank. Just make sure at least one of ur locline returns are close to the surface and your good to go.
