i have treated it with anti red... Doesnt do much...
and several Antibiotic treatments, that helps but it just comes back...

i am running 2 power heads, and a skimmer....

The tank contains 1 plate coral... and a peppermint shrimp and a tomato clown.... and it is only 10 gallon....

SO WHAT DO I DO!?!!? :D

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would start by testing for nitrates and phosphates, if you have not already.

Make sure you are using only DI/RO for top off and water changes.

Next I would make sure you are dealing with GHA and not Bryopsis. It looks too brown to be Bryopsis but hard to say from the images. So getting the correct ID will go along way in treating it.

What type of CUC do you have?

Can you get a macro image of the algae only?

    TIA

I'm at school at the moment so I can't get a photo yet!
But when I get home I will do so...

What does: DI/RO and GHA and CUC mean? :D

Filter media: just foam at the moment (what else should I have)
Water change frequency/quantity: once a week. Around 5-8 liters
Feeding frequency/quanity: once a day, daphnia and pellets.
Age of tank: tank is about 6-7 months.

Will get the other tests when I get home.

    Thanks!

Sonds like gha (green hair algae)to me you more then likely r getting loads of phoosphates from yyour pellets.switch to a frozen food and rinse and strain it in ro/di water((reverse osmosis and de ionized)very pure water)judging by the age of your tank this is most likely going to be a pretty long drawn out battle bc those foods have soaked your rock with phosphates.a clean up crew will help (cuc) some hermit crabs and snails.they will help eat the algae and the bits of leeft over food and fish poo. Also try running carbon and gfo(granular ferick oxide) this will help clean ur water and remove your phosphates. If you need guidance with those check out www.bulkreeefsupply.com they are reasonably priced. Those things are best run via reactor(a fancy word for a filter that will allow the media to tumble check the website above foor more info).the more you remove manually the better.the algaee u remove will also contain the containments that are allowing it to grow wich will help speed things along alittle...good luck my friend its a long road but a doablee one.I've been there.
