thanks bud! it's a lot of fun sharing updates with you all, most of my friends aren't very interested in hearing about it LOL. So this is a great outlet :p

Hopefully I'll be able to take better pictures soon when I upgrade my phone. Camera broke on my droid so I'm using an old digital camera.

I think it should be fine? I dont really notice the difference before and after scraping coralline.. But we'll get there, right!? LOL

Yeah, those individual bottles dont last long.. It could be costly and add up quick too. BRS is one of the most economical ways, I believe.

Oh the aquarium stuff is everywhere in my household. In the pantry, the cupboard above the kitchen grill, under the sink downstairs/upstairs, on the shelf in the laundry room... at least its all hidden.. LOL

lol it's funny how fast it all builds up huh? At least I've moved my water making station down to the basement and out of the kitchen window ;)

I'm more of an android guy, I like all the customization. They don't run as smooth, buuut more fun to play with IMO. Samsung skyrocket is what I'm leaning towards. And maybe one of these FAQ - Easy-Macro? Looks ineresting

Thanks, I remembered seeing that thread a little while ago, kinda what gave me the idea. Got a nice spot for it since my tank sites about 4 feet from the corner, there's just empty space.

But yeah my camera on my current phone took a dump, so I have to use an old digital camera that most of the time can't even focus :p

I'm gonna be using it again tomorrow though - because I got a couple new additions I'll need ID's on tomorrow when the lights come on :)

    new adds!

This looks familiar but the name escapes me, some type of LPS right? Should it be on a rock or in the sand?

Got this rock with 9 mushrooms on it, this pic was right after the lights came on. When fully open they cover the entire rock :)

This is probably my favorite, whatever it is. Glows like crazy under the actinics and even with halides on. Def catches the eye!

    Nice adds, Logan!
The first one looks like sort of a red/pink trumpet? I always wanted one. You can designate a rock so it'll become a trumpet rock, then Id put the rock on the sandbed, see how it reacts.
I hear mushrooms like shady spots, but I think you know that :)
The third one, I have NO clue. Fail.

Thanks! Def a trumpet after googling it. I like the idea of putting it on it's own rock and seeing if it becomes a trumpet rock, those look sweet!

I have no clue on the third one either, they told me it was a leather at the store. You can see the polyps out in the picture.. I couldn't find anything that looks like it. It's hard to see the true color in the picture b/c of the glow, but it's a lime green with a beige trunk.
