Whats that? You guys want a crappy cloudy FTS? coming right up!! Lol. Just trying to ride this out for awhile. In hindsight, sugar fine sand from macrorocks, although it looks nice, hasn't been my best choice to date.

I realize its been awhile since I've been on here. A few updates:

The goby sandstorm settled down after about 5 days. Finally found my filter sock halfway through lol, but I still had to clean all equipment when I did my WC and vacuum the sump. My pump in the SWC 120 wouldn't start back up after that. Major bummer. Ill finally have time tomorrow to take it apart again and hope for the best..

On a brighter note, the apex is helping keep my temps and pH more stable! Hope to get a wireless adapter that works soon.

Oh no!! Ive heard SWC skimmer pump issues. I think it was JB who had the same problem and got the whole skimmer replaced not too long ago.

Sorry about the picture quality, I guess I like to blow sand off my rocks before deciding to take pictures :p

But I'm pretty excited about this acan I bought about 6 weeks ago, I'm seeing about 5 new heads growing.

You can see one on the left, middle and right from this angle

And another on the bottom here

This is the best growth I've had out of anything to date!

Glad to hear it started to work again! We all should clean our skimmers on regular basis, your incident reminded me.

I tend to look at SPSs more but LPSs sometimes surprise me as well! Im really happy for you that you're getting great growth! Very nice!!

7! nice! Are you still target feeding your corals? If so, how often?
