I would check out ExactlyOBP's led build. I am a HUGE believer in a more full color spectrum for coral health. I did about 3 years of research on leds before making the switch and I find a certain deficiency for some color proteins in our corals using just Royal Blue and Cool White.

    Canopy is DONE!!!!!

I finished the doors today. And put them on.

I can't take a very good photo with it on the tank, because I have a lowered section of ceiling due to the ducting for our furnace that runs along the roof of the basement.

This is the best I can provide.

Pics don't have handles attached yet.

Did you use diff material or stock or stain for the doors?

Why did you decide to leave out rails in your inset design trim?

Cut from exact same stock, and used the exact same stain.

I'm not sure what you mean with the second question

    Leave out rails?

On your pillars you only trimmed vertically. Still looks great just curious.

Oh I gotcha now. I initially trimmed both horizontally and vertically with 45 degree mitres, but it looked much too busy for my liking. The stand and canopy are the same ... trimmed vertically only on both.

fell your pain, they shouldn't put finals during the playoffs. My Pens didn't make it but at least NJ knocked off the flyers.
