Beautiful ... those are the ultimate compliments.

When I can inspire a fellow hobbiest ... I am very proud of what I've accomplished in my tank!

    Thanks kindly LG!

I need to try and get a few new pics up for everyone. Not a whole lot has changed ... but stuff has filled in a little and I've tinkered with a few other little projects

    Some new photos.

Finally kicked Ich ... Had some phosphate issues that I finally got under control. I used Chemi Pure Elite ... but purchased a GFO reactor because the tank exhausted the Chemipure so quickly.

Anywho, here are some photos from tonight.

This is definitely the coral that has grown the most for me. Its a beautiful pink fox coral, but it has a nice blue hue to it. Its about the size of a softball now. It was only a few inches when it was introduced to the tank.

Here are some Green Hulk Acans: Started with a 4 head frag ... its doing fairly well.

My Blastomussa Wellsi. I had this in my original tank, and when I set up the new one, my friend that I had given it too let me frag a chunk off of my original colony. It has taken on an all new kind of red under the LED's

This is a bright Green Torch that quickly became one of my favorites. Its extension isn't all that good in the photo (powerheads are off) but it has extremely long tentacles and moves so much, I just love it.

This is a Euphyllia Cristata. I don't know much about it, but it seems to enjoy the same care as the other Euphyllias.

Each shrimp here has claimed their own island. As you can see I've started a GSP island. While GSP is a pest that grows like a weed ... I still love the look of it in a reef tank.

    Pink Pocillipora

Another that was from the original tank and re-introduced to this build as a frag. Hard to photograph.

ORA Green Birdsnest. It lost a lot of color with my phosphate issues ... I'm a little worried about losing this piece. Its quite nice, but another thats very difficult to photograph.

ORA Neon Dottyback. His iridescent stripe makes him tough to photograph as well. I had to kill the contrast and saturation below stock just so that he didn't look like he has an LED stripe on his back. Kind of aggressive, but very active and moves very oddly.

And this is my tail spot blenny. He's hard to shoot because he's only 3/4 of an inch in size ... cute little guy though.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Those are such excellent image.

Beautiful Blasto's. Fox corals are an under-rated coral, but they are beautiful it's just hard for the images to pick up the blues.

Looks like a bunch of begging shrimp to me.
