I haven't started the raised panel doors yet. I figure I'll have lots of time while I'm waiting for the tank to cycle. Besides ... I'm not really too sure how to build them just yet and its something I'm going to need to learn how to do.

Thanks for the comments everyone ... it makes the job that much more rewarding when others can appreciate the quality of work you have done, and the amount of time you have put into a project

Absolutely I have. I am going to be building my own lighting as well. I have ordered everything from RapidLED.com who were amazing to deal with.

It will be a DIY Cree LED setup. 3Wx72 LED's with 80 Degree optics. I'll be building a canopy that matches the stand and have everything inside of there. The LED's will be a 1:1 ratio of Cool White and Royal Blue as I desired about a 14k look at full power.

However I'll be running everything through a digital lighting controller so I'll be able to control my color spectrum by dimming one or the other.

The SHOP is one thing that needs a ton of improvements. We just moved into the house in the fall ... and I wasn't willing to delay my aquarium build to finish up in my garage. I insulated it, and re-wired it, and put up the walls and installed the heat ... but then I just had to start on my stand lol.

If I would have built my router stand, or mitre stand, or outfeed table in proper order like I should have ... the stand would have been much easier to build.

Instead of operating my mitre saw on the floor like you can see in one of the pics lol

One thing I haven't yet mentioned on here is that the tank failed. I noticed a chip in the edge after I got the tank into the basement. Here are the photos of that.
