Great looking tank!! How are your sun polyps doing with light hitting them? I have mine in a cave and its growing so dam quick I cant reach all the polyps for feedings.

They could definitely be doing better. I'm considering finding a new home for them in a shadowed portion of tank.

I picked up a pretty unhealthy colony ... not disease wise, but it was clearly being picked at by an angel, most of the polyps were half eaten.

3/4 have bounced back, but there are still a few that are in pretty rough shape. I'm hoping the target feeding of brine shrimp will help heal them up. I'm also dosing a lot of zeovit products, and anytime they touch the water, the sun coral opens wider than I've ever seen.

    Will keep ya posted!

Vivid only ships to the lower 48, and Saltwater fish doesn't specify if they will ship to Canada.

The very few shops online that will ship to canada, will only ship to a destination where overnight shipping is still a possibility. Which is basically about 20 cities.

I'm in a city, 512 miles north of the capital of my province. So for anything to make it to me is 2 days, instead of overnight. Overnight to Winnipeg, then 8 Hours to Thompson.

No one is willing to do it ... especially considering the risks of holdup at the border.

I am a big fan of the LPS as well ... except that they are so aggressive and tempermental. I have two pieces that extend stinger tentacles like 8 inches at night ... so they limit livestock ... you run out of room pretty quickly with them around lol

I have moved my suncoral into the dark, seems to be doing significantly better, and open for longer each day. thanks for the tip!
