    What type of sand dose a long tentacle anemone prefer. A fine sand, or bigger sand like crushed coral.

    Im not sure it makes a difference, as long as its able to "anchor" on something fixed, it will be fine. All of my LTA's have always anchored themselves to the bottom glass.
