    i did a 15% water change today and my anemone foot is swelling up.. is this normal on a water change... it looks like its gona blow up....

    anemones swell and deflate to switch water inside them. i don't pay attention to them as long as its not all shriveled and saggy for more then a day.

    i wouldn't worry about it

    well i had a amonia spike thats what promted a instant water change.so bad that it kiled my fish over nite. used aqua safe and amonia detox....

    just watch it.
    if a anemone starts to go there is very little you can do to save it besides perfect water quality.
    is that a condy?
    its base is a odd color

    ok its more commonly called a sabae anemone


    edit: being full of water is probably a good sign
