    $21,500 is for a year. $10,700 for a semester, out-of-state, mind you...

Most colleges on the west coast range from 40,000 to 55,000

I am on the Advisory Committee for Texas A&M.... many schools will give you in-state tuition and waive out of state fees if you get a scholarship of any kind. So even a small scholarship can multiple your savings if you are from out of state.

You might want to check in to that.

Good to know. I'll keep that in mind.

I've slacked off a bit these last two years & want to make it my goal to do my best these next two.:)

We don't have much money so if I do good I should be able to get some scholarships & good financial aid.

looks like it's time to Ebay a $5k building lot in Hawaii then go get a drivers license and claim residence. The first year savings alone would pay for it :jester:

You should move there and live and work for a year to get in state rates and save a ton of $$

Thinking of majoring in marine biology(of ocean trenches) & minoring in ecology. That would be sweet.

I'm really interested in sea-life of ocean trenches & the fact that not much is known about them.
