Looking for a decent HOB Skimmer.

    Looking for a decent HOB Skimmer. my fish tank is enclosed in the wall but it was an enclosure made for an entertainment center not a tank originally. Long story short, I have no way to do a sump.

    Looking for a GOOD BRAND HOB skimmer.
    My specs are below The two names Ive heard the most is Aquac remora and Octapus bh150 or somthing like that however I dont believe octapus even makes that model any more.

    SOmeone has a bak pak on craigslist but I was told it
    1. wasnt worth the money
    2. wasnt worth it regaurdless of the cost.

    The AeroForce, CPR's new HOB is kick ass. I have one on a 60g system and I love it.

    The best out right now are by Warner Marine. H1 is rated to 50, H2 is rated to 90g. Jon has an ad for a H1 demo for $180. Great skimmer, great price, same warantee. Warner Marine designs very good skimmers.

    SWC has nice HOBs. The one with a bubble plate is up to 85g and ges for $230

    Hang On Skimmers

    Octoput cam out with some nice ones with nice pumps. Some folks are not thrilled withthe color, but they are worth mentioning. The 1000 is a little more pricey. Don't see why.
