From my understanding, peppermint, fire and cleaner shrimp are all peaceful. Coral banded have a tendancy to be aggressive torwards other invertebrates. I have one and it has not messed with my hermits but there is no telling.

Disclaimer: I do not own peppermint, fire or cleaner shrimp...that is just an opinion gathered from my time here.

peppermint are great for atipstasia, blood shrimps hide alot so you wont see them too much.
Scarlett cleaners i find are great for corals, fish and everything.
Pederson shrimp are also awesome to watch, very beautiful and great coral cleaners.
Harelquin shrimp are also a fun shrimp to have in your tank.

The coral banded, will be angry towards other shrimp mostly i have seen.

shrimp will clean only so much if your opposed to hermit crabs. They wont be able to wipe out the deitrus. I find them more useful for removing parasites and random stuff, Not so much eating deitrus. Youd do better with sand sifters or a goby for keeping tank clean of deitrus.

Your options are really between peppermint shrimp and skunk cleaner shrimp, and neither will really clean up anything at all. Herlequin could work I suppose, as long as you know they eat starfish. Good luck finding a pederson shrimp, but if you do, let me know where you got it!

Also, I feel the need to tell you that your taking a huge risk with that flame angel. I cannot express how much of a hassle it is to try and catch a fish out of an established reef tank. The angel could be completely fine for 6 months then all of a sudden start eating coral out of the blue. You'd never know. Maybe you already know all of this but I'd feel bad if you didn't and I didn't say anything.
