    About to aquacsape and have some good ideas for the acrylic rods dont exactly feel like ordering them it would be much easier to go and pick them up locally...home depot? Lowes? where can I find em? Thanks all!

    not really sure you may be able to special order them through lowes or home depot but not sure i would at least check ya never know what they can get. Iv never seen them around where i live though but i live in a s*** area to lol.

    I would check the yellow pages for acrylic suppliers, usually window companies carry acrylic but not sure about the rods. I live in an are of about 60,000 people and there are 10 places in the phone book under acrylic suppliers. You should be able to find it in tampa.

    Why not use pvc? I assume your going to try to hide the supports right?
