Looking for advice

I recently added a spotted cheek tang to my system. After being in my tank for a week I noticed white spots started showing up. My first thought was ich, but the spots seem too big. Now the spots look more like splotches and am unsure what is going on with my fish. It is acting normally and eating very well. Here is a picture of the fish. Any advice would be appreciated. Anyone have similar experiences with this type of fish before. I am thinking that they are caused by stress.

 

it looks like ich to me. It's definitely stress related I'd guess. Make sure to feed him well and hopefully it will be able to fight off whatever it is......
