Looking for fish trap

I am looking for some kinda DYI fish trap to catch some green chromis, I try to move a grp of 8 to one of my other tank to lower my display tank's bio low but I can't trick these sucker out of the LR. everytime they saw my net coming close they would run away. I manage to catch 1 by hiding my net behinde and scoop very quickly, but after I got that one the rest of them learn not to get close to top of the water surface even when I am feeding.

Any one got any good idea so I can catch them? I really want to catch them all asap as the lonely 1 that I caught today might be stress without its regular grp

+1 to cosmos video i've used it, could use a gatorade bottle if the fish are bigger

 

Same trap just worked for me tonight! It wasn't working before, but after I add a good amount of her favorite food it worked like a charm. I'm very excited that I was able to get the fish (strawberry pseudo chromis) out without tearing apart my rock work.
