I had stated above that I will keep atleast 2 ATI Blue +

Ok So the blue is for color and the midday is for high groth rate..what are the pink and purple atnics main purpose? I just got a UVL Aquasun. Not first choice but it was only $10. So I put one of my old Aqatic Life blue bulbs in and I like the look. 2 blue + 1 Aqticlife blue and one aquasun(10k looks pink). is there d daylight bulb with a hint of blue? is aquablue special better for growth then a 10k or 8 k bulb?

Running a 10 bulb powermodule, let me try a lot of different bulbs. with 4 bulbs, your choices are limited, I will say you should not get a GE6500 because you don't have enough bulbs to blend with the yellow light. You should not get any Procolor bulbs or with similar spectrums, because you will get a red tank. You really should go with blue + and aquablue specials...you can try putting two blue + bulbs in the front, if you want it even more blue..but for growth and blue, go with that combo.

The actinic is for color specially fluorescing colors. Pink will help bring out red, pink and purple colors. Aquaticlife bulbs are not as high of quality as the other bulbs selected. But if you like the color it gives buy it.
The aquablue is a 12000K bulb and has a hint of blue. Probably not quite as good growth as a 10K or 8K bulb.

well the aquaticlife was just to see how a blue would look, ill be replacing that with a blue + or a blue special. but the other bulb I have is a aquasun by UVL.. is this bulb any good? becuase it does bring out the reds but I thought being 10k that it was a daylight bulb...this confuses me because my aquaticlife 10k was pure white. any way if this is a good or decent growth bulb I would like to keep this or if there is a better bulb with similiar color. gives me daylight and slight atinic.

The UVL is a daylight bulb.

The ATI bulbs all have varying degrees of actinic in them. The ATI Purple Plus gives a lot more actinic but is several shades darker pink than the UVL.
