Both the prizm and the berlin turbo are asperating venturi skimmers. Not needlewheels.

Blade a MD40 clone is basically what I am using to power my beckett. In all reality a beckett head is actually 4 venturis as that is the number of air intake holes. What kinda of beckett housing are you planning Blade?

Also when putting the beckett on a riser(which you need to and you have) keep the output plumbing of the beckett head the same diameter as the becketts. Think it is 1". If you go larger it will cause drag and back pressure and it will cause large "burping" bubbles to form.

The one from the bottom of the used parts box. You know that make and model don't you? I dunno, I'll see if I can read it on Monday when I get back in the office.

Nope, it's twisted around in the dark and stamped in mico print. I got it from my LFS guy. I'll ask him the next time we talk. In the time being I came in to 2 surprises.
    1. I found a slow drip and resulting puddle from the gate valve. I'd have to cut it apart and reglue the beast to get to it, so I slapped some frag epoxy on it.
    2. A fair amount of very dry foam in the collection cup in under 48 hours. I even had (I thought) the water level pretty low to avoid an accidental overflow.

The mods seem to work nicely. I have a gate valve between the pump and the skimmer. It's all the way open. I may pull it out so there is less restriction between the pump and the skimmer.

My next mod will be to rig a drain line to a remote container. It looks pretty straight forward, but it's another new task for me. Has anyone done this and have a simple mod?
