So I have been drinking the RO water so far for a few months now and everything seems fine. Was drinking RO/DI but then decided to tee off since I can use the DI for my tank. I guess I'm you're lab rat and I say its fine to drink. Saves money and gas (especially if it is $3.89/gal) if you have to go out and refill your 5 gallon jugs every few weeks.

BS. Again, we receive such a miniscule amount of our minerals from water its a non issue. We get our minerals from food not water so drink whatever makes you happy.

Passing on stories like that is how myths are started. Its incorrect unproven information.

Assuming you are still eating, drinking RO/DI water won't do anything. I think we solved that! Thanks everyone!
