Lost both Clowns in 2 weeks :(

No prob, as FOD recommended, I ordered some 1/4" mesh from BRS here: Clear 1/4" Screen Netting 6.5' x 2.5' - English

I went to Home Depot and picked up all the other materials:

Window screen framing
.125 Spline
Frame corners
Spline roller

Just waiting for my clear netting and I'll have my top.

Wow thanks for that info. This looks so easy that I'm gonna head down to home depot today! I'm not too worried about getting the clear mesh over a black mesh so hopefully they will have that too. Thanks again!

 

yeah they had tons of different mesh at depot, I already ordered the clear so I'm just going to stick with that. I'm not 100% sure they had anything other than aluminum mesh, I wasn't sure if that would be a prob with saltwater + aluminum corrosion over time. The framing is aluminum but I haven't heard issues of it from anyone that made the tops..

It took me a few mins to find the area, but everything is in the screen door area, they had it all there, easy to pick it all up!
