I put mine in my ten gallon tank to direct flow to the HOB filter. It gives good cirbular flow. It actually works better there than it ever did out of the skimmer...never buy cheap, NEVER BUY CHEAP...oh did I mention, *NEVER* *BUY* *CHEAP*.

I didn't actually buy mine, my well meaning husband bought it, and then bought a Jebo to replace it (HA) and then a Rio Nano to replace it...the Rio Nano is at least skimming!

Well the lighting is a 150 metal halide, and believe it or ot i have not tested things since i started it up, i know i might get alot of guff for this but my tanks been running smoothely since the couple outbreaks....anyone wants to argue, youve seen my pictures ;D

Thanks Sparky! i love the color of the 14K bulbs, thats what made the difference for me.

i should have added onto the statement above, i do a 1 gallon water change on monday, the same on friday, and i really found there is no need to test when you do frequent water changes, that and i only have corals in there now, so that makes a difference.

    PUURRRRTYYY...

    :)

Very nice...I agree...the black substrate was a nice touch...

Glad you rescued them....(I'm sure they look better in your tank anyway)...

Keep up the good work :)
