    Has anybody tried using Microbacter7?

    How long?

    If you used something else what was it?

    I've never heard of it, ardo_ski. I'll keep an eye on the thread, I'm interested to know what benefits it might offer.

    It is basically a bottle of beneficial bacteria. I don't suggest using it. What the contents of the bottle removes from the water your beneficial bacteria in your rocks can't have. Therefor, you will have die off. Once you stop using it your tank will have a large ammonia spike and recycle. Depending on your stocking the tank may crash. I don't recommend using any sort of bottled bacteria. Does more harm than good.

    I've been researching this and im gonna do it w/ vodka dosing. That's he ( Rimless Reef - Home ) does.

    I'll let you know how it goes.
