So 3 days ago i transfered about 65lbs of live rock about 2 weeks into the curing process from a 55g to a 75g tank. there was lots of brown gunk on the rock so i scrubbed most of it off and transfered the rock to the new tank along with about 15gallons of old water to the tank then added fresh rodi water and mixed it in the tank. but when it was all said and done i ended up not having enough salt so the water ended up be at about 1.010-15 for a day and a half until i could get more salt. my question is what negative side affects can happen from this down the road if any? ive already noticed that white stuff is forming over the coralline and a few maggot looking creatures that were inside the rock have all come halfway out and i am assuming that they are dead. i hope i didnt trash the stuff. any input is needed and welcome. thanks!

Tonight when the lights have been off for a an hour or so shine a flashlight into the tank. You'll probably see various amphipods or copepods crawling around. They don't like salinity that low but you only need a male and female of each species to survive.

If for some reason, they all died have no fear. Once you start buying corals, they will be attached to rock. Trust me, you will have a good population once again.

Doesn't seem like a big problem. The white stuff on the coralline is probably just the coralline dying.
