Hey all, just go a tunze nanostream 6025. I love it, see my review

But the only thing is that its noisy :(. Is there a way to DIY something to cut down the vibration noise? Its got a magnet holder.

    Thanks for any ideas.

    Marc.

From what I've read, Tunze's have a break in period of about 24-48 hours. If it hasn't quieted down by then, I would contact Tunze and see if they can offer suggestions?

I replaced 3 powerheads with this one and im a happy man. Less clutter and only 6 watts.

If it's brand new, this is a fairly common issue.

My Tunze turbelle vibrated at first and I contacted their support. They told me to give it some time to break in. I thought this was hogwash but it turned out to be true. After couple weeks or so, I barely could hear it at all.

    EDIT:

I missed this post. Looks like yours is happening faster than mine! :)
