All of my water tests have been pretty good so far. But I would like my Nitrate level lower.

    Ammonia - 0
    P H - 8.2
    Nitrites - 0
    Phos - 0
    Calcium - 450
    Alk - normal
    Nitrates - 15-20

Are water changes the only way to lower nitrates?

15-20 isn't all that bad. If I were you I would just keep up the water changes. The older your tank gets the lower your nitrates will be. Do a 5 gallon weekly water change.

Thanks reefman. Guess I'm just trying to be a perfectionist. ;D
