LR Rack

I'm wanting to build a rack for my live rock to rest on. Is Reef Rack the same thing as Egg Crate i can get at the Home Depot? or is it completely different? I was thinking i would get some of that. brace it up with some small PVC and attatch my rocks. Which brings about another question. how is the best way to attach the rocks to the rack. I've seen some use Tie wraps. but i dont know if those will break down over time or not.....will epoxy work ok? and if so, what kind should i look for?

i have seen people just lift there rock up by that kinda stuff outta the sand but never really seen it like your talking?

 

Well it would be for a 16gal Nano. I would have PVC supporting the weight of the rock, and just use the rack to attach the rocks to. Just need to know the best way to attach them to where they wont be falling off in a couple years due to something degrading on me.
