LT Toadstool

Well for the last 4 days now my LT wont open, its slocuhed over and just looks bad. I cut it in half last night to try and stimulate some growth and hope it would recover but nothign so far. When I took it out to frag it had this small black rock type thing attached to it, I removed it carefully with tweezers and still have no idea what it was, this all started after I placed it in a diff spot in my tank. Params are all in check and all my other corals are thriving. The tentacles wont come out but the top is pushed out like there about to come out instead of just really smooth. What should I do with this guy?

 

is it sloughing off skin? sign its growing. if thats the case, sometimes takes a few days for its polyps to open again

 

I cant even tell if its doign that, its not standing strait up and doesnt have its nice color it use to have. Heres a pic of it.
