I recently Purchased an LTA I have a Maroon clown that won't go near it. Is there anyway to introduce the two? When I purchased the Maroon Clown two months ago it was in an anemone.

The LTA is on the bottom of the tank in the gravel he lost his hold last night and was upside down. I moved it back turned off the pumps to let him get hold again. When they move is it ok for them to be upside down or will the fish try to eat it? All I have in the tank is a three stripe damsel, A maroon clown, a Lemon peel angel, and a Royal Gramma. I am trying to catch the Damsel.

There's no guaranteed way to make the clown want to host the anemone but some have had luck with taking a picture of a clown hosting one and taping it to the side of the tank.

The anemone will move around if it's not happy with various things like lighting and flow. If you move it and turn the pumps off and it stays, it will probably just move again when you turn them on. You should probably put it probably mid height in the tank or so, on some kind of rock where it can get it's foot in a crevice and not in the area of a lot of flow.

I don't know about fish picking at it if it's upside down, but that lemonpeel angel will probably pick at it as it's not usually compatible with inverts.

I know between the Lemonpeel and the Damsel I call them the thugs of the tank together they bully any new fish or species introduced to this tank. The lemonpeel gets so angry that his face turns black. I will try and trade them both in since I want to start putting more coral than fish.
