    looks good so far definatly interesting thats its as shallow as it is, are you going to try some mangrove trees?

    Probably not. I've only seen a few shallow setups that make mangrove trees look "fitting", and Im afraid this setup will not.

    Well... I couldn't just buy one. That would've looked silly. ::)

    Thanks John. One step at a time. Currently, I get to watch an empty tank do visually nothing. :-/

    But, soon enough!

    Coralline! I've been hoping you'd drop by. Thank you for the kind words, but I have ages to go before I match the likeness of your tank.

    There is more rock in the sump, and the rock in the display is even a little heavy for my taste. In the end, it was a compromise between myself and the mrs. I would prefer to let the coral fill the space in... However, I do love the rock on the left that almost touches the surface... It's about 1/4" shy. Perhaps a perfect perch for a red uca crab?

    Thank you Seano. There definitely has been a lot of sweat and even a little blood spilled, so it is definitely rewarding to see the tank finally full of water.
